From submission to publication

  1. 1

Create an account and submit – The account is free. Upload your manuscript as one Word file (.doc or .docx), with your names – we prepare the anonymous copy for the referees. Any layout is fine; our template is needed only for the final version, after acceptance. Have ready: the abstract, keywords, each author's affiliation and country, and the corresponding author's e-mail.

  2. 2

Editorial check – We check that it fits the journal's scope and our policies.

  3. 3

Double-blind review – At least two referees review it: they don't see your name, and you don't see theirs. You follow its status in your author account.

  4. 4

Decision – A decision is made on the referees' reports. You receive it and revise if asked.

  5. 5

Fee and publication – If your article is accepted, we invoice the APC at this point, not before; if not, you pay nothing. Once the APC is paid or waived, you approve the proofs, and the article is published under CC BY 4.0 with a Crossref DOI.

€200

Standard article processing charge, the same in every journal.

€200 is the full amount you pay: nothing is added at checkout.

50% waiver for corresponding authors in low- and lower-middle-income economies – write to us when your acceptance invoice arrives.
