Editor Guidelines

Editors are responsible for the quality and integrity of what a journal publishes. We expect the following from editorial board members.

Responsibilities

• –Assess whether incoming manuscripts fit the journal's scope and meet basic quality standards before sending them for review.
• –Select appropriate independent reviewers and oversee the peer review process for each manuscript.
• –Reach a final decision – accept, minor revisions, major revisions, or reject – based on reviewer feedback and independent judgment.
• –Maintain the journal's editorial standards and help improve its quality over time.
• –Respond promptly to queries from the editorial office and communicate decisions clearly to authors.
• –Respect authors' scholarly independence and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
• –Handle conflicts of interest, ethical concerns, and misconduct reports according to our Publication Ethics policy.

What we look for

• –An active publication record and demonstrated expertise within the journal's scope.
• –Prior peer review or editorial experience – as a reviewer, associate editor, or similar.
• –Willingness to commit time to timely manuscript handling and reviewer coordination.

Benefits

Editorial board members are publicly listed on their journal's editorial board page and receive an editorial certificate recognizing their service, plus a 50% discount on article processing charges when publishing as an author.

Editors are also expected to uphold our Publication Ethics standards and follow the same peer review process described for authors and reviewers.
